SAM.gov discovery.
Every pursuit starts on SAM.gov. Rivet monitors new federal opportunities with the filters set for your firm, pulls in the solicitation documents, and analyzes each one against your capabilities. So you start with work that fits, and a clear reason why.
0:19
Your pipeline.
Those opportunities land in your pipeline. You can see what’s been analyzed, what’s moving into proposal preparation, and what’s been submitted. Deadlines and fit scores show you where to focus.
0:33
AI fit analysis.
Open a pursuit to see the AI’s analysis. It reads the solicitation, pulls out the requirements, and compares them with your firm’s experience. You get a bid recommendation, with the strengths and gaps laid out for your review.
0:49
Recommended projects.
In Selection, Rivet recommends past projects from your firm’s records, each with the experience that supports it.
0:56
The proposed team.
Then it recommends the people whose qualifications fit each role. Accept the team, or compare an alternative.
1:04
Experience matrix.
Those choices build your experience matrix, connecting people to the projects they delivered. Approve it, and the selection moves forward.
1:15
Resumes and sections.
From there, Rivet drafts resumes, project sheets, and narratives. The solicitation, amendments, and generated sections stay side by side, so you can check the source against the output.
1:29
The SF330 package.
The Proposal tab brings every section into one SF330 package. See what’s ready, fill any gaps, and give it your final review.
1:39
Feedback and learning.
Want something changed? Just tell the assistant. Rivet saves your feedback on tone, terminology, and how you describe your work, and uses it to guide future drafts. Your pursue and decline decisions sharpen the scoring, too. So with every pursuit, the writing sounds more like your team.
2:00
Your firm’s knowledge.
Behind it all is your firm’s knowledge base: past projects, personnel and their qualifications, and the partner firms you team with. New files come in through Documents, where you upload records and follow their processing.
2:15
Summary.
That’s Rivet. Monitoring, analysis, matching, and proposal preparation, handled for you, with your team in control of every decision.
